Workplace Trainings
California law requires all employers with five or more employees to provide one hour of sexual harassment prevention training to non-management employees and two hours of training to management employees. As workplace investigators and employment attorneys, Brittny and Kym have extensive front-line experience handling complaints about sexual harassment, discrimination, hostile work environment, and abusive conduct. We use this experience to help educate staff and managers about how to identify and prevent these problematic behaviors from occurring in the workplace.
